Message	Why in Gods name would they give him that much when the car books for less than half? If this is so he had an "add-on" on his policy. It definitely wasn't standard. Also, his car got hit in a parking lot and was totaled? According to your logic, the accident did more than $16.3K worth of damage? whatever.....
